Designed to support a wide range of operations, the building features a concrete-bearing precast panel system, complemented by steel joist girders and columns for added strength and stability. The Carlisle TPO roofing system provides long-lasting protection, while the super flat floor system is engineered to support high racking capabilities, ensuring maximum operational efficiency.

Serenity Park Location: East Islip, NY LMJ is proud to have contributed to the completion of Serenity Gardens in Islip, including the construction of the gazebo and bathrooms. Located at Brookwood Hall Park in East Islip, this inclusive park serves individuals with visual and hearing impairments, autism, Alzheimer's, and dementia, as well as veterans, seniors, and the general public. Featuring wide walking paths and sensory elements like fragrant plants, a braille garden, and tactile walking paths, Serenity Gardens offers a safe, welcoming space for all.
Serenity Park
Location: Medford, NY LMJ completed the construction of a 130,000-square-foot logistics facility for Wildflower in Medford, NY. The building is constructed with sturdy concrete-bearing precast panels, reinforced by steel joist girders and columns for enhanced stability. Featuring a Carlisle TPO roofing system for superior longevity, the facility also boasts a super flat floor, designed to optimize high racking capabilities. With flexibility in mind, the layout allows for easy division into sections, catering to various operational demands.
Wildflower
Location: Holbrook, NY LMJ completed a 108,000-square-foot logistics facility located in Holbrook, NY. The structure features durable concrete-bearing precast panels, with steel joist girders and columns providing added stability. A Carlisle TPO roofing system provides long-term protection, while the super flat floor is engineered for high racking systems. Designed with flexibility in mind, the facility can be easily divided into sections to accommodate a range of operational needs.
VETS Holbrook
Location: Shirley, New York LMJ Management and Construction completed two retail buildings for AVR Realty in Shirley New York. The first building was a bank which was 2,500 sq ft and the second retail story was 8,000 sq ft. Both of these buildings were constructed from structural steel and CMU block. Hardie plank siding and brick was used to create the façade. Utilizing storefront systems both buildings were designed with an open concept.
The Meadows
Location: Shirley, NY LMJ completed a 150,000-square-foot logistics facility for AVR Realty featuring concrete-bearing precast panels, steel joist girders, and columns. The Carlisle TPO roofing system offers long-lasting protection, while the super flat floor is designed to support high racking. The facility was also designed for flexibility, allowing it to be easily divided into four equal sections to suit various operational requirements.

BakeMark USA, LLC Location: Hauppauge, NY LMJ was hired as a design-build partner to construct a 10,000-square-foot cooler/freezer within an existing building. The project features a 30-foot clear height, allowing for high racking and enabling the client to maximize their storage capacity. The design was optimized to enhance operational efficiency and support future growth.
