Having successfully completed a previous dealership for them, we’re proud to be partnering again on their newest location. Construction is moving ahead, with current work including: • Underground plumbing in progress • Exterior CMU installation - approximately 25,000 pieces of split-face decorative block • Interior CMU installation - approximately 15,000 pieces of block Up next, we’re approaching a major milestone: the erection of structural steel

Concrete Poured — Progress Continues Another major milestone has been reached in Farmingdale, NY on our 52,939 sq. ft. distribution warehouse project with the successful completion of the concrete pour. This phase represents a critical step in the construction process, setting the foundation for the structure and allowing the project to continue progressing on schedule. Executing a pour of this scale requires detailed planning, strong coordination, and a commitment to safety — all of which were demonstrated by our project team and trade partners on site. Their efforts ensured the work was completed efficiently while maintaining quality standards throughout the operation. As the building continues to take shape, each milestone brings us closer to delivering a facility designed to support efficient distribution operations and long-term functionality. Breaking Ground on a Major Multi-Building Development in Bellport, NY! We’re excited to announce the launch of a large-scale installation in Bellport, NY consisting of four buildings across a 52-acre parcel. This impressive development includes: • Building 1: 110,617 SF • Building 2: 215,667 SF • Building 3: 101,267 SF • Building 4: 101,267 SF Each structure will feature 50’ precast concrete wall panels with steel framing, delivering durability, efficiency, and long-term performance. Projects of this scale require coordination, precision, and a strong team and we’re proud to bring all three to the table. Looking forward to sharing progress updates as this one takes shape. We’re going vertical in Shirley, NY! Steel is in place and crews are in motion as this 30,000 sq. ft., 4-story state-of-the-art Research & Development facility for Creative Biolabs begins to take shape. Building on the success of our previous collaboration, we’re excited to continue this partnership and bring this advanced space to life.
