Location: Central Islip, NY
A ground up state of the art pharmaceutical facility. This building has 50′ high warehouse capability and a 50,000-sf equipment mezzanine to support the 90,000 sf of production area. This building was erected with pre-cast concrete panels and is outfitted with 7,500 amps of 480 electric to power the massive HVAC equipment and production equipment. This allows the facility to manufacture under the strict guidelines of the GMP regulations.
