Anthony’s Custom Closets was originally a multi-tenant building, but as the business expanded they came to occupy the entire space. LMJ completed interior renovations to the 18,000-sf building that included a unique show room featuring an exposed roof deck.

This allows the facility to manufacture under the strict guidelines of the GMP regulations.

This 44,498 sf new construction build was an exciting and unique project for LMJ. Interesting features included a second-floor high end office with a spectacular lobby and staircase. This facility also included a full size racquet ball court. The manufacturing area was designed for specialty equipment to design chips to be placed in labels for tracking.

LMJ Installed a 50,000 sf, 2-story addition onto Narda L3’s facility. This project included 25,000 sf of 100k clean rooms and manufacturing equipment.
LMJ built from ground up a 67,000 sf, 40” high building for Liberty Moving and Storage. This was an impressive display of a large-scale facility made entirely of masonry. 8 years after this build was complete LMJ added 2 additions to the building to maximize the property space. The addition was 18,642 sf.
A large scaled project constructed from two-star pre-engineered buildings. The clear span transfer station for office and repair was crucial to Maggio’s business. Maggio Environmental is in Yaphank, New York.
LMJ Management and construction completed two retail buildings for AVR Realty in Shirley New York. The first building was a bank which was 2,500 sq ft and the second retail story was 8,000 sq ft. Both of these buildings were constructed from structural steel and CMU block. Hardie plank siding and brick was used to create the façade. Utilizing storefront systems both buildings were designed with an open concept.

This job was built through a mixture of block and synthetic stucco after the company relocated from Brooklyn to a new facility on Long Island. The 45,000 sf shop was designed to house high end equipment to manufacture specialty doors.
MS Packaging is a supplies warehouse. LMJ erected this 70,000 sf facility utilizing a pre-engineered building. The 35' clear ceiling allowed for maximum racking.

LMJ designed a building that was constructed using recycled products from local buildings that Pazner itself demolished. The building was 45,000 sf.
LMJ Built a 30,000 sf stone fabricator shop in Medford, NY. The building was pre-engineered which LMJ incorporated three crane bays into the building to allow easy maneuverability of the stone slabs. The owner of Penn Fabricators had LMJ install a block veneer around the building opposed to a traditional corrugated metal skin.
LMJ completed this classic building that utilized standard brick and glass blocks.
Royal Apparel is a USA made clothing wholesaler located on Cabot Ct. in Hauppauge. LMJ Management and Construction truly enjoyed working for this client, completing a 10,000 sf addition to the existing building as well as repaving the parking lot.
LMJ Contracting and Management raised the roof on a 90,000 sf building from 18' to 35' clear. The facility was outfitted with a Nichiha panel for the appearance of real brick. From there we went on to build out the interior facility which included a 40,000 sf state of the art production facility that met GMP code.
LMJ completed the build for the union hall for the entire Suffolk County Police force. The exterior was designed as a residential house while the interior is traditional office space.
This building holds dispatchers, classrooms, and complete auto repair shops for all of the company’s transportation vehicles.
LMJ Management and Construction completed a 60,000-sf ground up Toyota dealership. With 25' clear heights in the facility, LMJ was able to design for high ceilings in the showroom and provide a wide-open feel for the service department.
LMJ Constructed this 33,500 sf facility from the ground up. This building was designed as a conventional steel structure with part of the facility utilizing freezer panel and refrigeration to produce a 10,000 sf freezer at 38' tall.
LMJ is performing a 70,000 sf rehabilitation for Teri Nichols in Hauppauge. This existing office and warehouse building is being transformed to a state of the art 15,000 sf office area with a 40,000-sf freezer/refrigeration facility equipped with state of the art refrigerated loading dock equipment. Additionally, LMJ is extended the parking lot to make better use for their truck routing around the building.
LMJ worked on this food facility which included a bakery with refrigeration, freezers and ovens to bake and store muffins. Since completion, the owners have requested LMJ to facilitate several other additions to the building.
