Location: Shirley, NY This 180,000-square-foot facility is one of many projects we’ve had the privilege of working on with Bactolac. Designed to support a wide range of operations, the building features a concrete-bearing precast panel system, complemented by steel joist girders and columns for added strength and stability. The Carlisle TPO roofing system provides long-lasting protection, while the super flat floor system is engineered to support high racking capabilities, ensuring maximum operational efficiency.

Serenity Park Location: East Islip, NY LMJ is proud to have contributed to the completion of Serenity Gardens in Islip, including the construction of the gazebo and bathrooms. Located at Brookwood Hall Park in East Islip, this inclusive park serves individuals with visual and hearing impairments, autism, Alzheimer's, and dementia, as well as veterans, seniors, and the general public. Featuring wide walking paths and sensory elements like fragrant plants, a braille garden, and tactile walking paths, Serenity Gardens offers a safe, welcoming space for all.

Location: Medford, NY LMJ completed the construction of a 130,000-square-foot logistics facility for Wildflower in Medford, NY. The building is constructed with sturdy concrete-bearing precast panels, reinforced by steel joist girders and columns for enhanced stability. Featuring a Carlisle TPO roofing system for superior longevity, the facility also boasts a super flat floor, designed to optimize high racking capabilities. With flexibility in mind, the layout allows for easy division into sections, catering to various operational demands.
